The City ofNew Braunfels seeks proposals/qualifications for a respondent to provide goodsand/or services related to Traffic Signal Optimization.

All proposalsmust be received no later than 3:00 PM (Central Time) September 10, 2025 via the online submission portal.

Hard copyresponses may be delivered to: City of New Braunfels, City Secretary’s Office,ATTN: Purchasing, 550 Landa Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Hard copysubmissions must be delivered in a sealed container, clearly marked with thesolicitation number and project name.  There will not be a public bidopening.

The City ofNew Braunfels reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to acceptthose deemed most advantageous.
