Scope of Work
The selected vendor will provide a complete, turnkey system including permitting, installation, calibration, citation processing, multilingual customer support, ongoing maintenance, and monthly reporting. The Town strongly prefers a cost-neutral financial model in which citation revenues cover all vendor fees. See solicitation for additional information.

Proposal Requirements
Submissions must include a company overview, technical proposal, cost proposal, implementation timeline in Gantt format, sample reports and dashboard screenshots, and three (3) municipal references. All proposals must be submitted as a single PDF.
