Traffic Signal Mast Arms MLK & Northwood

Project Description: The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a one-time contract with a vendor to provide traffic signal mast arm assemblies in support of an in-house project to upgrade two signalized intersections.
The City of Tallahassee is requesting pricing from vendors for six (6) galvanized steel mast arm assemblies. The scope of work includes furnishing of mast arm assemblies. It does not include the installation of drilled shafts nor installation of the mast arm assemblies. City forces will perform the installation. The assemblies shall include luminaire arms and all necessary bolts and hardware to install the assemblies. Paper Templates must be provided. Price should include the pre-shipment of anchor bolts. The assemblies shall be painted black over galvanized in accordance with FDOT FY2025-26 Standard Specifications Section 649. The color shall be Federal Standard Color #27038.
Pricing shall be “Firm Price” and F.O.B. destination. The City will award based on the lowest price and delivery schedule that is in the best interest of the City.
