2026 Traffic Signal Maintenance

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that West Whiteland Township located at 101 Commerce Drive, Exton PA 19341 is soliciting bids for: 2026 Traffic Signal Maintenance (5 Yr Contract) - The work to be performed shall consist of Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service for Traffic Signals in West Whiteland Township for the locations and types of equipment specified herein. The maintenance of the Traffic Signals will consist of the routine maintenance and the repair of any equipment that is malfunctioning or has been damaged for any reason. The Contractor shall supply all material, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the maintenance in accordance with the specifications, whether expressly called for in the specifications or not, which are necessary to complete the work and ensure the signal’s proper function at the locations noted in the Scope of Work. All work shall be executed in the best professional manner by qualified, careful, and experienced workers. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM, August 31, 2026, via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) only. Bidding starts on August 11, 2026. Questions must be submitted via PennBid by August 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM. The award of Bid, if awarded, is expected to be made by the Board of Supervisors at their public meeting on September 9, 2026, or at a subsequent meeting of the Board.
