NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of said City invites and will receive sealed proposals (bids) up to the hour of 2:30 p.m. on July 8, 2025, at COD’s City Clerk, 1015 Eleventh Avenue, Delano CA 93215 for the furnishing to said City of all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, permits, utilities, and other items necessary to construct said work. At said time, said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the office of the City Clerk,

There will be a non-mandatory pre-job walk/meeting scheduled on June 12, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at 1015 Eleventh Avenue, Delano, CA, 93215.

General Description of Work: The work involves installation of traffic signals at 11th Avenue and Fremont Street and at 11th Avenue and Ellington Street, installation of traffic striping, pavement markers and markings, installation of electrical conduits and other miscellaneous improvements and appurtenances as described in the project plans and specifications.

Estimated Project Cost Range: $ 900,000.00 to $950,000.00
