Traffic Signal Intersection Improvements

The City of Casa Grande requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction services and complete construction services for traffic signal intersection improvements at Florence Blvd & Arizola Rd and Florence Blvd & Peart Rd.

Each response shall be per the SOQ instructions and scope of work package on file with the City Clerk at City Hall, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122. Copies can be obtained by calling the City 'Clerk's Office (520) 421-8600 or downloading a complete packet below.

All responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. local time on September 16, 2025, to the City Clerk, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122. The responses will be evaluated in accordance with Section Five (5) of the SOQ.
