The City of Phoenix ("City") intends to establish a five-year term contract with multiple contractors, for Traffic Signal Heads and LED Indications. These contracts will allow the Street Transportation Department and Traffic Services Division ("Department") to maintain the traffic signal infrastructure throughout the City, thereby supporting the safe movement of vehicular, nonvehicular, and pedestrian traffic.
