The Bid Package will be available beginning 12:00 PM on September 17, 2026 through https://www.Projectdoc.com. Bidders shall

the City Council. The City may, at its sole discretion, exercise up to two (2) oneyear renewal options for the periods July 1, 2029-
June 30, 2030 and July 1, 2030-June 30, 2031, under the same terms and conditions. Funding for any renewal year is subject to
lawful appropriation.
Questions and Addenda: All questions must be submitted in writing via email to Gary Aker, General Foreman, at
gaker@marlboroughma.gov no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled bid opening. All questions and responses will be
distributed by written Addendum to all Bidders on record as having obtained the Bid Documents. No prebid conference or site
visit will be held.
Bid Submission: Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through Projectdoc.com no later than 12:00 PM on Thursday,
October 1, 2026. Bids submitted by mail, email, facsimile, hand delivery, or any method other than Projectdoc.com will not be

shall not be included when calculating the bid deposit. Additional Requirements: Bidders are responsible for monitoring the
Projectdoc page for Addenda. Failure to acknowledge all Addenda in the Form for General Bid may result in rejection of the Bid
as nonresponsive.
