RFB - Traffic Paint
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Galesburg, Illinois, hereby invites sealed bids for the purchase of waterborne traffic marking paint for the City of Galesburg. Traffic paint must have a guaranteed drying time of five minutes or less to be considered. No exceptions. Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, April 8, 2026, at the office of the Purchasing Agent located in the Finance Department at City Hall, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, Illinois 61401; and at that time, publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall Erickson Conference Room. Bid documents are available at the office of the Purchasing Agent or on the City of Galesburg website at www.ci.galesburg.il.us. Vendors will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. Resolution No. 90-74 requires Compliance with the Human Relations Act and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. The contract award shall be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid properly addresses and complies with the invitation and is most advantageous to the City of Galesburg; price and other factors considered.
