Project Description: Construct tenant improvements to the public works building for the traffic management center. The tenant improvements include but are not limited to steel framing, drywall, finishing, flooring, painting, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, openings, and glazing. The project will be performed within an occupied building, maintaining building security and cleanliness is a requirement of the project.
