SUBMITTAL - Scope of Work, Response

Contractor shall provide:

Written certification regarding manufacturer, material weight and material ingredients.

Documentation of test results. Test results shall include tests performed for burn time of traffic flares. Failure to provide test results may result in disqualification of the offer.

Detailed specifications including what materials the flares are comprised of. Failure to provide detail specifications with offer package may result in disqualification of the offer.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for the traffic flares result. Failure to provide SDS with offer package may result in disqualification of the offer.

The following documents at the request of the City:

Submit a sample of one (1) case of flares meeting the specifications as stated in this IFB. The Contractor shall submit a sample within five (5) business days from the date of request by the City.

Submit a statement from the manufacturer that they currently approved distributor within five (5) business days.
