The City of North Vancouver (CNV) and Lonsdale Energy Corporation (LEC) are requesting responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for interested firms that can provide BCCSA certified and experienced traffic control flaggers, traffic management plans, appropriately outfitted lane trucks, and all related equipment 24 hours per day, 365 days per year on an “as and when required basis.”  The CNV and LEC are seeking one (1) or more proponents to provide Traffic Flagging Services.

The successful proponent(s) shall provide all labour and equipment for traffic flagging services and provide traffic management plans as requested to support various CNV and LEC construction projects or special events
