Project Description: The Town of Hilton Head Island is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform traffic count services, consisting of the collection and reporting of vehicular, bicycle, and/or pedestrian traffic counts for the Town of Hilton Head Island. This will be an as-needed indefinite services contract.
