The City of Groton, Department of Utilities are requesting formal proposal for “TRAFFIC CONTROL FLAGGING SERVICES” in accordance with the following specifications and information: This invitation to bid is mainly to cover Groton Utilities and Bozrah Light and Power service territories along with services needed by other City departments.
