Traffic Control Construction
Synopsis:

Submissions marked "COR7144 – 2025 Traffic Control Construction" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Wednesday March 26, 2025.

The City seeks proposals, in response to this RFP, from contractors who are qualified and experienced in:

  • Traffic signal construction; and
  • General contracting with experience in completing major projects on time.

The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to providing all the labor, and equipment required for the installation of Pedestrian Corridors, Traffic Signals, and as well as Rehabilitations at the specified locations. The City will provide all the materials for this project.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

Additional Information:

There will be an online information session on MS Teams regarding this competition on Thursday March 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM C.S.T. (SK) for any interested proponents to attend. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of your intention to attend this meeting by Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. C.S.T. (SK).
