Traffic Classifying Equipment and Repair

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with to Gulf Material Sales, LLC for the provision of traffic classifying equipment, replacement and repair parts, accessories and repairs

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from M.H. Corbin, LLC dated October 3, 20224, Gulf Material Sales, LLC is the exclusive distributor for M.H. Corbin, LLC. and the patented Histar portable traffic counting equipment and accompanying hardware for the State of Florida.
Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
