It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an all-or-none basis to the overall lowest

responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to

reject individual line items from the award.

In accordance with La. R.S. 39:1655, this solicitation has been approved as proprietary and only the

brand(s) and model(s) specified will be considered for award.

This solicitation includes a trade-in allowance for the following equipment:

* Fifteen (15) Stag Arms SBR .556 Rifles Tan

* Two-Hundred-Seven (207) Stag Arms AR-15 16" Rifles

* Twenty-nine (21) Stag Arms AR-15 16" Left Handed Rifles

* Twevle (12) Ruger Mini 14's 16" .223 rem

* Three (3) Smith and Wesson Mod 67 38spc Revolvers

* One (1) Glock 17 9mm pistol

If trade-in’s are offered by the bidder, the cost of the trade-in allowance shall be itemized separate.

Any charges for packaging and transportation of the outgoing equipment to the bidder will be paid by

the bidder. The State reserves the right to exercise the trade-in option if it is deemed to be in the best

interest of the State. If accepted by the State, the trade-in allowance will be subtracted from the total

purchase cost. Trade-ins must be approved by the Louisiana Property Assistance Agency (LPAA).
