Trade Contractors at Risk for the WPCF Improvements and Secondary Upgrades at 50 Essex Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930.

The City of Gloucester seeks proposals from qualified Trade contractors interested in being prequalified. Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested trade subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work: Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing Damproofing & Caulking, Roofing & Flashing, Metal Windows, Glass and Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning and Electrical. The RFQ package will be available June 24, 2026 at bidnet direct. Proposals are due and will be opened electronically on July 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma. This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL Chapter 149A. Only prequalified firms with DCAMM certification will be permitted to submit bids for the above categories. Funded in part by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, MBE/WBE, AIS/BABA, ARPA, IIJA requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA.   The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
