Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested by Public Tender in regard to Webber Road Elementary, 2829 Inverness Road West Kelowna, BC V4T 1J5.

There will be a non-mandatory site walkthrough for contracts C-001, C-002, C-017, C-018, C-019, C-020 and C-021 on Tuesday July 17, 2025, at 10:00am.

The project consists of the construction of a prefabricated wood framed single-story building, comprising of 8 classrooms, staff room, a mechanical room and multiple single stall washrooms, as well as significant modifications to the site, playground, and vehicular access. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
