Trade contract packages for the Sheridan New Elementary K-2

Invitation to Bidders:
C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Sheridan School District, and will be receiving bids for trade contract packages for the Sheridan New Elementary K-2, located in Sheridan School District in Sheridan, AR. The project consists of the construction of a new approximately 65,276 SF elementary school, including site work, concrete, masonry, metals, wood framing, building envelope, roofing, interiors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, site utilities, paving, and related work.
Bids will be received until 4:00 PM, June 3rd, 2026, and should be emailed to Antoine Lairy ( ALairy@crcrawford.com ) and Michael Molnar ( MMolnar@crcrawford.com ). There will not be a public bid opening. Bids will be received and placed under review. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered.

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $50,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, C.R. Crawford Construction and Sheridan School District encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
