New 150-175 HP Tractor with the following criteria:

Front wheel assist, Wheel Weights, 1000 PTO, 4 Hydraulic Controls, Regulatory Marking Lights for Road Use, Air Conditioning

Other Considerations: Possible front and rear PTO, Trade-in of a 2014 McCormick X7 660 MFWD, Local Parts & Service Availability:

Warranty: Minimum 6 years or 2000 hours

All quotes must contain the following information:

Name of company, Location, Estimated Delivery Date to Eastend, SK

Price in Canadian Currency including any delivery, freight and/or administrative fees with proposal quote being open for 30 days from tender closing date

Quotes must be received before the submission deadline of 4:00 p.m. local time, April 8, 2026,

The lowest or any quote may not necessarily be accepted and Council reserves the right to reject any or all quotes. Quotes will be evaluated on the following criteria;

Local Parts & Service Availability, Delivery Timeline, Options over and above Mandatory Criteria, Trade-in Value

Quotes will be reviewed at the regular meeting of council on April 14, 2026.
