Traction Elevator Modernization

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Vancouver Downtown Redevelopment Authority (DRA), Washington, for ITB #DRA26-01 Traction Elevator Modernization bids up to the hour of 11:00 a.m., Pacific Local Time, Tuesday, August 18, 2026 and will publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day in the Vancouver City Hall, 415 W 6th St, Vancouver, Washington and via an online platform.
This contract provides for the modernization of two machine room less traction elevators including, but not limited to, new systems and components and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
An optional pre-bid meeting is to be held at 12:00 pm, local time, on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at the Hilton Vancouver, 2nd Floor Boardroom, 301 W 6th Street, Vancouver WA 98660. Interested prime contractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting questions concerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed.
