Tracker Suite Software Maintenance & Support – Automation Centre, INC

The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Public Safety (DPS), intend to enter into an agreement up to 24 months with Automation Centre, INC for continued, uninterrupted use of Tracker Suite maintenance & support.

Tracker Suite used by DPS includes Project Tracker, Time Tracker, Tracker Data Warehouse, and Personnel Tracker (Limited to 200 Named Users). Automation Centre, INC will provide DPS all modifications to the software in the form of corrected versions and subsequent releases which Automation Centre, INC retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary maintenance and support services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
