  • Summary:PURPOSE: The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bids IFB is to obtain qualified, experienced, and competent easement and fence line clearing services provided on an as needed basis in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions. Services under the contract shall be inclusive of all costs, including profit, overhead, insurance, administrative, etc., to provide all supervision, labor, equipment-machinery, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, record documentation, and other related responsibilities.
