  • Summary:The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified and experience firms to establish a contract(s) through competitive negotiations for providing typical work considered associated with preparing appraisal and appraisal review reports. The contract(s) will supplement internal resources by providing a flexible and effective way for the County to respond to recurring consultant service needs for multi-dimensional tasks covering a range of land acquisition work. Services will be provided on an as needed basis for Hanover County, Virginia.
