This quote must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Tracey Berkowitz
of the Township Manager's office at the above address or email to the address
listed. The name of the quote must be printed on the face of the envelope or the
subject line of the email. Quotes must be submitted on or before Monday,
October 19 noon (EST). Quotes shall be rejected if not submitted within time, date
and place designated.
This quote is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with
N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20 et seq.
Specifications:
The Township of Ocean hereby solicits a quote for the purpose of layout, design,
and printing of 10,000 full-color 2027 Municipal Calendars. The Municipal
Calendar shall include dates of meetings, special events and other appropriate
activities as well as contact information for Municipal and other Governmental
offices.
* The calendar shall be 11" x 8.5", landscape(horizontal) format, 28 pages
plus cover, saddle-stitched on top (the 11" dimension), single 1/4" hole
drilled on bottom for hanging. The stock should be bright white 100# gloss

coated cover, and 100# matte coated text. Weeks will be alternately
shaded and unshaded for a more readable effect.
* The Township shall be responsible to provide the text and photographs and
detailed information to be included in the calendar.
* The Provider shall furnish all labor, material and equipment for the layout,
design, production and printing of 10,000 total calendars.
* The Provider shall ship or deliver approximately 9,500 of the printed
calendars to designated mailing house no later than Friday, December 12,
2026.
* The Provider shall deliver to the Township Manager's Office all remaining
2027 calendars by Friday, December 12, 2026.
* The Provider shall additionally provide the Township with a .pdf version of
the 2027 calendar for the Township's publication and use.
* The Provider shall provide the Township will a written quotation to include a
breakdown of all charges including any additional charges for each
electronic draft (in .pdf format) of any changes by the Monday, October
19, 2026
Submission Requirements:
a. Timeframe in which text and photos must be received from the Township
Manager's office.
b. Date by which final proof must be signed off by the Township in order for
Provider to have the calendars delivered to the mailing house in
accordance with the above-referenced timeframe.
c. The Provider shall provide the Township will a written quotation to include a
breakdown for all services required as outlined above including any
additional charges for each electronic draft of any changes as well as any
other services not referenced that would normally be expected to
complete a similar project.
