Project Description: The Town of Townsend (Municipality) is performing a roadway rehabilitation program for the roadways within the municipal limits. A portion of the funding for this project will be provided by Delaware Municipal Street Aid. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to: roadway milling and resurfacing, roadway base repair where necessary, and the installation of superpave leveling courses as directed by the Engineer. The scope of the work is more fully described in the Project Specifications herein.
