The City of Montpelier is seeking contractors to perform Cold In-place Recycling (CIR) or Stabilized Full Depth Reclamation (SFDR) on a town highway. Towne Hill rd is in poor condition and is roughly 5200ft long. Prospective bidders should note that this project has an additional/alternative scope of work for either full length CIR or half CIR/ half SFDR treatments.
