Town wide on-call mechanical services

The Town of Smithfield, RI is requesting sealed proposals for Town-Wide Mechanical Services Contract for a two (2) year period, with an optional two (2) one (1) year extensions in accordance with all Terms and Specifications contained herein.

The work under this contract includes the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, and incidental expenses necessary and proper for miscellaneous mechanical repairs and construction work and incidental work to fully complete each project in every aspect as intended by these specifications or as directed by the Town.  Completion of the work implies that the proper and appropriate methods of construction have been followed by the contractor.
