Town Shop and Fleet Maintenance Building HVAC Replacements

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to replace two (2) existing HVAC systems at the Town Shop and Fleet Maintenance Building. The building is utilized by Town staff for public works efforts and the maintenance of Town owned vehicles (passenger vehicles, maintenance trucks, police vehicles, etc.).

Non-Mandatory On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting:

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 1:00 pm (local time) at the Town’s Shop and Fleet Maintenance Building, 1393 Russell Branch Parkway, SE, Leesburg, VA 20175. It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the project. A non-mandatory site visit will follow the pre-bid meeting. The pre-bid meeting and site visit will not be conducted virtually (not livestreamed).

Bid Opening:

Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams using the eVA e-Procurement website on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 2:00 pm (local time). The bid opening will be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams and made available to the public.
