Sealed Bids for the construction of the Water System Improvements ¿ FY 2024 CDBG, Still Waters Eng. Project No.: S2113.004 will be received, by the Town of Sumner, at the Sumner Town Hall ¿ 706 Walnut Street, Sumner, Georgia 31789, until 10:30 AM local time on June 9, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The Project consists of raising the Town¿s existing 50,000-gallon multi-leg elevated water storage tank to increase the high-water level by 30 feet. Bids submitted via mail shall be mailed to Town of Sumner at 706 Walnut Street, Sumner, Georgia 31789. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Still Waters Engineering, 130 Veterinary Way, Unit 2, Leesburg, GA 31763. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM ¿ 5:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
