Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Chittenden Keywords: Architect and Engineering (Building) Bid Description: The Town of St. George is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for architectural and engineering services to support ADA compliance improvements and solar and battery backup planning for the Town Office and Little Red Schoolhouse. The project is funded through a Vermont Community Development Program Planning Grant and the Municipal Technical Assistance Program and aims to enhance accessibility and emergency resilience. Minority, women, veteran, and small businesses are encouraged to apply. Key Dates: · RFP Release: January 3, 2025 · Site Visit: January 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM · Questions Deadline: January 17, 2025 · Proposal Submission Deadline: January 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM Submission Details: Proposals must be submitted via email to Sarah Muskin, CCRPC Planner, at smuskin@ccrpcvt.org by 4:00 PM on January 31, 2025.
