Town of Seymour Bungay RFQ/RFP for Construction Management At-Risk Services
The Bungay Elementary School Building Committee (“SBC”) and the Town of Seymour, Connecticut (“Town”) are requesting sealed qualifications and sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management firms to provide pre-construction services, cost estimating, trade contract bidding/negotiation, and construction phase services (“Services”) to the Seymour Public School District (the “District”) and Town, in connection with the design, construction, and closeout of a project for the construction of the new Bungay Elementary School building and grounds and demolition of the existing Bungay Elementary School building at 35 Bungay Road, Seymour, Connecticut 06483.
