Bid Description:
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Town of Rutland – Stratton Road Culvert Replacement will be received by the Town of Rutland at the Rutland Town Municipal Building, 181 Business Route 4, Rutland, Vermont, 05736, until 10:00 a.m. local time on May 7, 2026. Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read. Bidders providing bids by mail shall allow for delivery time. The Project consists of replacement of 96-inch-diameter by 58.5-foot-long CMP Culvert with a 50’ long precast concrete box culvert with precast concrete headwalls, wing walls, and cutoff walls at the inlet and outlet ends. The dimensions of this culvert will consist of an opening of 14’ wide x 8.5’ tall.
