Town of Port Royal Splash Pad

Separate sealed bids for Town of Port Royal, South Carolina, for the Splash Pad will be received at the Port Royal Municipal Building at address 700 Paris Avenue, Port Royal, South Carolina 29935 on Tuesday, January 13 ^th , 2026, at 11:00 am then at said office to be publicly opened and read aloud.  The non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is Wednesday, 17 ^th at 11:00 am.

The scope of work includes:

Construction of sitework improvements including but not limited to: roadway paving, installation of 270 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch PVC sanitary sewer, installation of 5 cleanouts, installation of 304 LF of 2-inch water service, installation of 30 square yards (SY) of concrete sidewalk, water and sewer connections on 16th Street for the site preparations for a Splash Pad installed by others.

The owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, or to reject any or all bids.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
