Planning Studies and Schematic Design Development – Refine high-level concepts from the 2022 Off-Site Levy Study to ensure the project is well-planned, financially viable, and aligned with community needs, environmental sustainability, and regulatory standards.
Detailed Design and BIM Model Development – Create and finalize high-quality designs that integrate stakeholder input and support the expansion of key recreational facilities, including leisure water features, flat water swimming pools, gymnasium spaces, climbing gyms, indoor play space or playground, and other operational support areas.
The estimated contract period will be 23 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/05/11.
