Bid Description:
The Town of Norwich, Vermont is soliciting proposals from qualified Cellular Service Providers to lease currently unoccupied space and install appropriate wireless telecommunications equipment onto the Town’s existing 180’ Wireless Communications Tower at 24-26 New Boston Road, Norwich, VT 05055.

Special Instructions:
Proposals are due no later than 4:00 pm July 23, 2025.

Questions shall be directed in writing, by 4pm on July 9, 2025, to Brennan Duffy, Town Manager, PO Box 376, Norwich, VT 05055 or bduffy@norwich.vt.us

A site visit is encouraged and can be arranged by contacting the Town Manager.

In order to be considered responsive to this RFP, each submission shall send an electronic copy labeled TON – Cellular Services RFP Response via email to bduffy@norwich.vt.us by the date stipulated above.
