The Town seeks a qualified construction firm for the John Pettibone Community Center Sidewalk Access Improvement Project Phase II project. Specifications and bid forms must be obtained online through newmilford.org/purchasing. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 9, 2026 at 9:00 am at 2 Pickett District Rd, New Milford, CT. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including set-aside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.
