Town of Lanigan Evergreen Subdivision

Tenders are invited from General Contractors for the Construction of the Evergreen Subdivision for the Town of Lanigan. Sealed Tenders will be received at the office of the Consulting Engineer up to 2:00 pm, C.S.T., Thursday, April 9th, 2026 and will be opened immediately thereafter.
The work includes:
.1 Installation of approx. 300 lin.m. of 200 mm PVC gravity sewer main, complete with standard manholes;
.2 Installation of approx. 250 lin.m. of 150 mm PVC water main, complete with gate valves, hydrants and fittings;
.3 Installation of 15 building services, including 100 mm dia. PVC sewer service and 25 mm dia. HDPE water service connections;
.4 Installation of approx. 100 lin.m. of 300 mm storm sewer main complete with standard manholes and catch basins;
.5 Common excavation and site drainage infrastructure;
.6 Roadway construction, including common excavation, subgrade preparation, base course, concrete curbing and gravel surface course;
.7 Clean up of site;
.8 Repair of defects for one year after completion of the work.
General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the office of the Consulting Engineers.
Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
