This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Town of Hinton (“the Municipality”) to prospective respondents of reputable cemetery material suppliers to submit non-binding quotations for a 60-Niche Columbarium, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Respondents are asked to include at a minimum in their quotations the following information: construction materials for the full unit including dimensions of all components, security features, weather resistant features, aesthetic features, warranty details, a delivery and installation timeline, and pricing for all components of the acquisition.
