This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Town of Hinton (“the Municipality”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for a Sound Study as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
The Municipality requires a sound study from a qualified sound engineering firm to inform the placement of sound mitigation panels which will be installed at the Gerard Redmond Courts located in Hinton, AB, Canada. The sound study sought through this RFQ process will inform the placement of such panels to ensure desired sound levels are achieved without relocating the courts.
