Tenders must be accompanied by a digital bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total sum tendered.

A pre-tender meeting will be held for this project at 10:00 AM MST (UTC-6) July 28, 2026. Attendance at the pre-tender meeting is recommended and highly encouraged to ensure proponents have a clear understanding of the project requirements. Notification of attendance to pre-tender meeting is required on at 11:59 PM MST (UTC-6) July 26, 2026.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.

The traditional submittal process for tenders has been modified to the following:
− Only electronically submitted tenders will be accepted.
− Tender submissions received after the closing time will not be read and will immediately be deleted.
− No hard copy or faxed submittals will be accepted.

Tetra Tech will NOT be accepting tender submission documents at the front desk of its office.

No tender submissions will be accepted after 2:00:00 PM MST (UTC-6) on August 6, 2026. Submissions must contain all requested information, and all forms must be completed in its entirety. Partial or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

The official time of receipt of a tender will be established using the time recorder clock used by Tetra Tech (https://time.is/MT) to time and date stamp tender submissions. Note that the full electronic tender must be RECEIVED by the tender close. Please ensure that bidders submit the tenders with adequate time for transmission and receipt by the closing time. Bidders can acquire tender documents as set out in Instructions to Bidders Section 1.3, Availability of Tender Documents.

Bidders must submit all pages entitled “Tender Forms” as issued by the Town with the tender documents. Any required information that is omitted or illegible, any alterations to the text, or any conditions added on or submitted with the Tender Forms, may cause the Tender to be declared invalid and rejected.
