The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is GEORGE, MIELS & BUHR, LLC, 206 West Main Street, Salisbury, MD 21801, 410-742-3115. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents may also be examined at the Town Hall of Federalsburg located at 118 N. Main Street, Federalsburg, MD 21632 Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at the Town of Federalsburg office. A site visit will be held immediately following the meeting.
