This bid entails removing lead paint, select wood siding, sill and roof repair and repainting the “Brookside Farm Museum” structure at 33 Society Rd, Niantic, CT 06357, as further described in the bid project specifications. Sealed bids will be received at the Public Works Office, Town Hall, 108 Pennsylvania Ave, Niantic, CT, until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 8, 2026 and will be publicly opened and read at that time.
