Town of East Haven Food Concession at Skate Rink

The Town of East Haven requests Proposals for the operation of the Food and Beverage Concession, an indoors facility at the Town Skate Rink, beginning September 2025 through August 2026, with option to renew. EXPEDITED MANDATOR SITE VISIT MONDAY AUGUST 18 2025, 3:00 p.m at 71 Hudson Street, East Haven 06512. Experienced operators will find a professional quality commercial kitchen, includes all appliances, and a small dining area to oversee. Facility is compliant with all local health district requirements. Low rental at $250/month, utilities paid by Town. Respondents are to create a menu for Town approval, at prices that are deemed reasonable to our community, visitors and students. Operator will select, order and stock first quality wholesome food and beverages, sell and prepare same.
