The term of the banking services provision is ten (10) years plus the option of two (2) additional years at the discretion of The Town of Drumheller.

The selected Financial Institution will be the primary banking services provider for the Town of Drumheller commencing January 1, 2026, with the transition beginning on December 1, 2025.

This RFP seeks to establish a primary banking relationship that supports the Town's financial operations through secure, efficient, and cost-effective services. The selected Financial Institution will deliver a full range of banking and cash management solutions that meet the current and future needs of the municipality and its affiliates.
