The TOWN OF DENNIS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Flooring Replacement - Dennis Fire Department at Dennis Fire Station in West Dennis, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by PFEUFER RICHARDSON PC ARCHITECTS .

The Project consists of but not limited to:
Replacement of flooring throughout including carpet, VCT, entry mat, epoxy flooring and related work.

All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 04/21/2026 at 2:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 04/27/2026 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids.

THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL
NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. All Bids shall be submitted online at www.biddocs.com and received no later than the date and time specified.

General Bids will be received until 01 May 2026 at 4:00PM EDT and publicly opened online, forthwith.
