Sanitary Sewer force main and associated infrastruction installation. This includes 27,700 LF of 6" PVC sanitary sewer force main, a wet well with submerisible pumps and associated equipment, site improvements, electrical improvements, railroad crossing, restoration of all disturbed areas including roadways and landscape.

The bidder shall have at least 3 years' experience in the performance of contracts similar to the work of this contract under its present managment. The bidder shall have completed at least 3 contracts, with at least 2 contracts for municipalities or government agencies, these installations being comparable in size, type, and locality to the work to be formed under this contract. Bidder shall submit qualification statement (EJCDC C-451/Specification 00451) as required by the owner and engineer. The project is required to meet MWBE participation goals (20% participation goals per EFC Funding requirements, and 30% participation goals per NYSDEC requirements). Good faith efforts to promote and assist in the participation of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) are encouraged. To qualify, contractors must be registered as a certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) withing New York State, or include an MWBE-certified subcontractor to meet participation goals.

Contract requirements may be fulfilled by a subcontracting, joint venture, or coproduction arrangement.
