Separate Sealed Quotes for the Town of Crawford EPA STAG Emergency Sewer Repairs project will be

received by the Town of Crawford, herein called the “OWNER”, at Town Hall located at 365 Main Street,

Crawford, Mississippi 39743 until 3:00 pm, local time on March 31,2026, and then at said office publicly

opened and read aloud. The Total Contract Time will be 60 consecutive calendar days, and the

liquidated damages will be $500 per consecutive calendar day thereafter.

The project generally consists of emergency repairs to critical wastewater infrastructure within the

Town of Crawford sanitary sewer system. Work includes repairs and improvements to the MLK Lift

Station, Main Street Lift Station, and sections of the Main Street sanitary sewer line. Work may include

pump replacement, electrical and control system repairs, sanitary sewer line repairs or replacement,

temporary bypass pumping operations, and all related appurtenances necessary to restore reliable

wastewater service and prevent sanitary sewer overflows.

This project is funded as a whole or in part by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) State and

Tribal Assistance Grant (STAG) program and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local

regulations.
