Bid Description:
The Town of Colchester is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms for data collection, analysis, and rating of pavement conditions of approximately 87 miles of Town owned and maintained roadways. The project will generally include field survey, pavement condition assessment, rating in accordance to ASTM D6433 and IRI standards, generation of map layers, proposed Capital Improvement Plan, and final report.
